My Staycation!

Amy (Wyatt's daycare provider) was on vacation all of last week so I decided to take the week off myself and hang out with Wyatt- Dan joined us on Thursday.  T-Ball and our neighborhood festival got canceled due to the heat index so it left our schedule wide open.  The only other thing we attempted to do for the second time is to have Wyatt visit the dentist.  Well, that didn't go so well.....AGAIN!  We'll be back in 6 months!  With the temperatures near 100 for most of the week there was only one thing to be around...water.  Here are a few photos of our week together.

What the car read when we left the pool...

Wyatt fell in love with this gigantic sandbox at the St. Louis Park pool.  Every pool break was taken here.

We went into the locker room to change and Wyatt wouldn't leave the shower- he was in heaven.  "But mommy, it feels so good!"

Starting the creation of our fish at Bryant Lake Beach.  Dan ended up doing most of the work!

Since Cars 2 Wyatt has merged his Cars characters with his new ones.  He plays with these constantly and puts them to sleep at night.  It's so fun to hear his imagination at work when the cars start talking to each other.
