Daddy and Wyatt Time

Mana Pat gave Wyatt a subscription to the Wild Animal Baby Magazine.  He's been getting it for the last several months and loves reading it with daddy.  He is so good at recognizing unique animals that one doesn't talk about on a daily basis.  We just received the April issue in the mail this weekend so here is an intense look at the two of them reading it together last night.

Bachman's Spring Open House

Debbie and I thought we'd take the boys to the Bachman's Spring Open House today.  Most importantly, there was a petting zoo.  Wyatt couldn't wait to see the "animals" and I wasn't sure what to tell him because we've never done this before.  It wasn't too bad:  a calf, sheep, goats, bunnies and chicks.  Then, he found the Coi ponds...

"Mommy, no goat.  Goat loud!"

Spring is in the Air!

In between birthday parties, lunch and a nap we found a few hours to spend outside.  It was such a beautiful day to start yard work :)  I raked and Wyatt took his "scoop shovel" to make his own piles of the dead grass.  He's going to be a great little helper this spring/summer.

Happy Birthday Zach and Luca!

Wyatt was a busy little bee yesterday.  He had two birthday parties to attend to and had a great time at both.  Zach turned 3 and we celebrated at Edinborough Park with all his friends.  Luca turned 2 and it was a quaint little get together at his house with a couple neighbors.  Fun times were had at both.

Wyatt has never sparked an interest in cake but for some reason he devoured the entire piece- maybe because Buzz and Woody were on it!

Quality Time with Uncle Scott

Wyatt spent some quality time with Papa and Mana Suess last week..  I went down to Northfield Friday after work and enjoyed an evening out with my big brother, Scott.  We had a lot of fun.  Wyatt enjoyed his company too- as always! 

Water Boy!

Summer cannot come soon enough so we can get Wyatt in the water.  He gets away with murder at his Papa and Mana Suess's house.  Here he is enjoying the faucet in the kitchen sink- soaking wet!
