First family photo in years!

Scott and Amy

We celebrated Christmas on my side of the family on Wyatt's birthday (21st) this year.  My mom had to make it extra special.

Happy Birthday, Buddy!  I can't believe you are 6!

Christmas Eve morning at our house.

The Defries' cousins (Micah, Wyatt and Aidan).  These are the only pictures I took at Christmas on Dan's side.  What?!?  Where's Jemma and the rest of the family?  Whoops!

Christmas Day tradition- sledding at Old Main at St. Olaf College.  You literally look out Dan's parents window and see this hill- it's beautiful.  (Kevin, Aidan, Wyatt, Jemma, Me, My dad and Dan)

Thanksgiving 2013

My parents invited Dan's family over for Thanksgiving this year.  We're so grateful to have two families who enjoy each other's company and it's a WIN WIN for Dan and I :)  I didn't take nearly enough photos though.

Wyatt and Micah didn't plan to wear the same shirt- it just happened.

I feel bad we didn't get a family photo taken.  Scott is photo bombing this photo- can you see him?  :)
Wyatt's love for black olives!

5k Turkey Trot

Dan ran his first 5k with his mom this Thanksgiving.  Another cold, cold morning but they did great!

Alaska Boys Visit

Dave Naber has been a great friend to both Dan and I since our high school years.  He's lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for the past 15+ years.  He get the honor of having him and his boys as house guests when they make it back to the states.  We only got them for one night this visit but it was so much fun to see them.  Lucas and Wyatt are the same age so they were instantly buds.

Halloween

Halloween is becoming a week long festivity around here.  Kennedy came up the weekend before Halloween and we went trick-or-treating at 50th and France.  Wyatt was a ninja this year- of course the face mask only made it on once, for pictures.

I was in charge of a craft for Wyatt's Halloween class party.  It was so much fun to hang out in his class- my mom joined to help out.  Thanks goodness she did.  These kids have TONS of energy.

Our neighbor, D'Lee came over and we all carved pumpkins while Wyatt decorated cupcakes.
