This is an evening I look forward to once a month. We changed it up a bit for this month and scheduled a Friday evening instead. It was so much fun and the food, wine and dessert were so good at Redstone in Eden Prairie. Our waiter knew how to take care of us as well. Koren and I were the first to arrive and he took a photo. Everytime someone new showed up he just grabbed the camera and told us to say "Cheese!" Perfect evening all around.
