Papa and Nana Suess Visit

My mom and dad stopped by today to keep Wyatt and I company.  Dan was pretending he was in college again.  He attempted and succeeded to play some flag football in the annual Turkey Bowl with some college buddies.  He came home and wasn't injured so I was pleased.   It was another beautiful day outside.

Grandma Pat cut Wyatt's hair yesterday so he looks all grown up here.  Much better than his mop head he had going on.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with Dan's side of the family this year.  Wyatt has three cousins on that side: Jemma, Aidan and Micah.  Micah and Wyatt are 7 months apart (Wyatt being older) so it's so much fun to see the two of them just starting to tear around with one another.  I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving.

Santa's Arrival

Last year we started a tradition by going to Bachman's when Santa arrives for the season. Wyatt was so excited to see Santa come down the road with his reindeer drawn sleigh but once we got inside and Santa was right in front of us, Wyatt's lungs were used in full force. He wanted nothing to do with him so we had to leave.

Wyatt was just fine on stage pre-Santa.

Then we went outside with Papa (my dad) to wait for Santa's arrival.

This is where Wyatt lost it! ...but Santa is so adorable!

A Night of Being Silly!

"Peep-A-Boo!"

Two Peas in a Pod!

Caught red handed! Wyatt was going into the kitchen to get more Cherrios. He was pretty quiet for a couple of minutes so Dan and I tip toed in and found him eating the "sugar" cereal he wasn't allowed to have. He knew he was in trouble!

Another Mild November Weekend

Wyatt was thoroughly enjoying watching me make brownies but I kind of made him hold the mixer to take the picture. I can't force baking on him but hopefully he'll take in a little.

He's just so serious when it comes to fixing things. He loves taking the screw driver and putting it in any type of little hole or space. Here he's fixing the jogging stroller.

Mom and Wyatt photo opportunity!

Wyatt can't get enough of his swing. It was a bit chilly and he wouldn't keep his mittens on. I think the enjoyment overrode his frozen hands. "Mo, Daddy! Mo!"
